Meet Ashley Corrigan
I’m Ashley Corrigan, founder of Built to Thrive. I started my career as a firefighter paramedic, where I saw firsthand how daily choices around movement and nutrition shape our long-term health. That experience pushed me to make a shift—from responding to emergencies to helping women build strength before they break down.
After leaving the fire service, I earned my diploma in nutrition and became a certified Pilates and strength coach. I also specialize in pregnancy and postpartum fitness. Becoming a mom myself gave everything a deeper purpose. I know what it feels like to lose your footing and work hard to rebuild it—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Built to Thrive is where I bring those pieces together. It's not about perfection. It’s about consistency, strength, and support that fits real life.
